I had a wonderful stay with an excellent central environment that made strolling to the People's Park and King John's Castle a breeze. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was great for a quick meal after a long day of walking around town.

Good Service but Noisy Nights

During our stay, the front desk staff were truly welcoming and attentive. However, the noise from the street made it challenging to sleep. For a peaceful night, request a room away from the street. The breakfast was decent, but I'd recommend exploring local cafes.

We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful 3.6km walk starting from Arthur's Quay Park. It was a delightful route along the River Shannon, allowing us to take in the sights while our little one enjoyed the fresh air. The breakfast buffet was an excellent way to fuel our family for the day ahead, with plenty of options for everyone.

In my wife’s opinion, the hand-held shower could use better water pressure. A minor improvement would be to offer more family-friendly bathroom amenities.
